How we work

Four steps, and each one ends with something you can show your board, your regulator or your customers.

Four steps, each with its deliverable

We start by understanding your business and move at the pace you decide. Each step ends with a named deliverable that stays with your company.

Conversation

30 minutes, at no cost. We understand your situation before we propose anything. Deliverable: your next step, agreed in writing.

Assessment

Fixed fee. We measure where your company stands today against the standard, the law or your customer's requirement. Deliverable: inventory, gap against the standard or requirement, risk matrix and a prioritized action plan: what to close first, in what order and who owns it, within the first 90 days.

Implementation

We build with your team what the plan prioritizes. Deliverable: what the plan calls for, up and running, with scope, deliverables and way of working agreed up front.

Ongoing support

We keep the system alive and ready to show. Deliverable, depending on what your company needs: monthly maintenance, fractional compliance or internal audit.

How to engage

Each type of work has its own engagement model, agreed in writing before we start.

Fixed fee

For assessments and implementation projects: one fixed fee for a defined scope and set of deliverables.

Per day

For internal audits: we agree on the audit days the scope requires.

Monthly retainer

For ongoing support, such as monthly maintenance or fractional compliance: a fixed amount each month.

What shapes the scope

We discuss the scope in the first conversation and refine it in the assessment, based on what your company needs. What shapes it most:

  • How many systems are in scope.
  • How many areas of your company take part.
  • How many countries your company operates in.
  • For audits, how many audit days are needed.

Our services

We work in artificial intelligence (AI) and in governance, risk and compliance (GRC), including management systems under the standards of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Each service has its own page, with its deliverables, how it works and how to engage.

Let's talk about your next step.

In 30 minutes we review where you stand and suggest where to start.
